A prominent shopping center is currently seeking a high school graduate with one year of experience working as an Operational Control Assistant. Knowledge of security and first aid is required. Job Responsibilities and Activities Execute access control at assigned checkpoints to maintain shopping center security. Conduct regular patrols to identify unsafe acts or conditions. Act as first responder during emergency situations, applying security protocols (and first aid if qualified). Immediately report any irregularities, infrastructure damage, or incidents to direct supervision. Accurately complete logs and records of all operational activities and occurrences during the shift. Provide guidance and assistance to visitors, upholding the shopping center’s service excellence standards. Support logistics for special events or activities held in the Horizontal Property (PH).
