ARCHITECT/PROJECT LEADER GENERAL JOB INFORMATION We are seeking an Architect with experience in architectural and interior design projects to ensure the design, implementation, and management of interior design and furniture fabrication projects, including store openings, renovations, and remodeling. Therefore, the candidate must ensure compliance with company policies as well as current regulations. **Required Academic Background:** * Professional degree in Architecture. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Knowledge in budget management. * Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp + Vray. * Microsoft Project. **Years of Experience and Specific Knowledge:** \- 2 to 3 years of experience in architecture and interior design firms. \- Experience in project design and execution. \- Interior and exterior design, rendering, and knowledge of construction materials and decorative elements. \- Coordination and execution of furniture installations. **Soft Skills:** * Effective communication skills to present complex ideas to internal teams and external clients. * Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals such as designers, engineers, and contractors. * Creativity and innovation in developing unique architectural and commercial solutions. * Change management skills to quickly adapt to new technologies and market trends. * Customer orientation to understand and meet client needs and enhance the shopping experience.
