Important company in the health sector requires a professional for its team to fill the position of: QUALITY, LICENSING AND PAMEC MANAGER \- under service agreement. FUNCTIONS: \- Responsible for ensuring compliance with the Licensing, Pamec, Quality systems and documentation supporting the legal operation of the medical and diagnostic unit Centrolab across all its locations and processes. \- Must document all medical, dental, laboratory and imaging care processes at Centrolab. \- Must ensure that all medical and diagnostic equipment have Invima registration, maintenance records, documentary support and technical history. \- Must monitor that all reagents, medications, supplies and other items are inventoried, have expiration dates color-coded, and comply with Invima, purchase documentation and regulatory agency requirements. \- Must ensure that facilities at all locations meet the requirements set by the Regional Health Authority. \- Must maintain documented quality controls, customer satisfaction surveys, infrastructure maintenance and any other requirements mandated by the Regional Health Authority. \- Must conduct audits to verify compliance with the Regional Health Authority. \- Must update and register healthcare services licensed by Centrolab. \- Must ensure proper patient service, informed consent compliance, scheduled appointment times, and fulfillment of rights/duties and facility signage as required by health regulations. \- Audits internal and external PQRF (inquiries, complaints, claims and compliments), performing interventions, analysis and resolutions. \- Must ensure implementation of corrective actions arising from internal or external audits, carry out respective closures and document them.
