




We’re seeking an experienced Analytics & GTM Consultant to guide a high-profile eCommerce migration for our client. You’ll design the data layer and tracking strategy that powers accurate reporting, meaningful KPIs, and privacy-compliant insights. This is a strategic, senior-level consulting role with flexibility and the chance to work on a cutting-edge Salesforce Headless Commerce / Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) implementation. What You’ll Do * Design a robust data layer and event tracking model aligned with business KPIs. * Lead the setup and configuration of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and related analytics tools in a complex Salesforce Headless Commerce environment. * Recommend which user signals to track, ensuring clean, actionable, and privacy-compliant data. * Review client requirements, provide clear documentation, and support engineering teams during development. * Oversee QA for tags, variables, and triggers to maintain accuracy and scalability. * Guide on GDPR/CCPA considerations and consent management best practices. What Makes You a Great Fit * Proven expertise with GTM and GA4 in complex eCommerce environments. * Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud / Headless Commerce / LWR. * Strong skills in data layer architecture and advanced event modeling. * Ability to translate business needs into actionable analytics requirements and present recommendations to international teams. * Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS for custom tracking solutions. * Familiarity with consent management platforms (CMPs) and data privacy regulations. * Excellent English communication skills and confidence in client-facing discussions.
