Cundinamarca 110221 Your responsibilities and tasks:* He/She covers the service execution (field service). * He/she is responsible for executing the strategy of the area and provide a reliable country service execution. * Address customer satisfaction issues promptly. * Ensuring customer satisfaction through high quality service levels and execution. * Delivery of top\-quality service execution. * First point of customer contact for service execution. * Execute and support installation, supervision, commissioning, maintenance and Training at site. * Execute maintenance works, planned service and breakdown service. Your profile and qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in engineering as a standard and good knowledge of market dynamics in the Country. * Profound experience in industrial engineering organization(s). * Proven (minimum 5 yr) service and service operations experience. * Experience in having remote teams/team leaders. * Familiarity with the setup of GEA and the local market requirements of various customer groups.
