Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects. **Purpose** The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Associate (ISA) role is to support the local sales team, assist in the development of sales collateral, and set up/maintain of digital infrastructure that supports proposal, qualification, and presentation activities. The ISA works closely with the sales team to enable the efficient use of our sales process. **Responsibilities** * Prepare simple presentations, letters. * Lead small\-scale proposals (e.g., EOIs, letter proposals) with proper guidance, focusing on those requiring minimal stakeholder involvement. * Updates/formatting of CVs for proposal submissions. * Set up digital working areas for opportunity documentation and collaboration. * Support preparation for client visits and presentations including printing, logistics, and vendor coordination. * Ensure that all sales documents comply with our brand identity (logo, color, etc.). * Maintenance and development of CSP data relevant to Inside Sales. * Maintain/update BD calendar and vacation schedule with meetings and absences. **What you will bring** **Requirements:** * **Education****:** Bachelor’s degree. Similar working level obtained through relevant job experience may be accepted in lieu of degree level education. * **Experience****:** 3 years’ experience in working in an engineering, construction or related business is preferred. * **Technical****:** Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), SharePoint online, and Adobe software suite; technology savvy. **In addition**: * Solid verbal and written communication skills in English (and other languages, as applicable). * High tolerance in working under pressure, handling multiple tasks with strict deadlines while maintaining focus on accuracy and attention to detail. * Highly organized, with strong attention to detail. * Reliable, hands\-on team player. * Ability to effectively manage own time and ability to work overtime when necessary. * Expected to operate with minimal supervision, prioritizing own workload and proactively informing the Sales Management of workload issues. * Enthusiastic, proactive, open, service\-minded, and spontaneous working attitude and communication style. * Ability to protect sensitive and proprietary information. * Committed to quality and company values. * Maintains clear communication with Creative Services to ensure accurate design execution. * Aligns on timelines and expectations through proactive questioning. * Uses basic design terminology to improve collaboration and minimize rework.
