





**Job Description** **About the Job** As the Finance Planning \& Analysis (FP\&A) Senior Analyst at NIQ. This position requires a proactive approach to lead and support decision\-making processes. with a strong eye for detail on revenue and a steady approach to collaborative work with different teams within Commercial and Finance. Working with numbers, solving problems, and helping teams stay organized and focused. With experience in budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis, aim to bring clarity and structure to every activity. Passionate about continuous learning and always looking for ways to improve processes and support business goals through thoughtful financial planning. **Key Responsibilities:** * P\&L Management \- Controls and Governance specialize in making the most of the tools our company already uses—leveraging them to build smart, reliable processes that support forecasting, budgeting, and long\-term planning, by understanding the finance matrixed organization to action with clarity with a focus on revenue. * Key contributor for Leading and Execution: Partner with Finance Business Partner, Finance Hub Leader and different leaders across the region to develop a worldclass forecast accuracy and quality of data as for revenue, billing, contracts, collection drivers and and develop efficiency for new ways of rhythms withing NIQ FInance. * Revenue business partner: Monitor and prepare financial assumptions and predictions, identifying potential risks and opportunities. Lead and prepare risk assessment presentations and contingency plans to support strategic decisionmaking. Accountable for reports for Corporate, Regional and local demands. * Impact as Finance Operations member: Confidently projecting NIQ principles. Play and active role at local and regional level within Finance operations. Work closely with team members within the FP\&A Finance Operations organisation to ensure a cohesive approach to financial management and to foster an environment of learning and growth. **Leadership Exposure**: Finance leadership local and regional and Market Director of the region. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a similar industry or commercial finance role. * Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in financial modeling and experience with financial software and systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc.), PBI, One Stream, Microsoft Dynamics. * Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of effectively presenting information and responding to questions from stakeholders. * Leadership and Initiative: Proven ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as part of a team.
