Minimum Experience \& Knowledge Skills * Minimum 15 years of experience in Maintenance/ Turnaround in oil \& gas plants/ Project Management Skills * Knowledge of the Refinery Industry preferably in and experience in turnaround and maintenance procedures / Project Management. * Planning and performance management and experience working with multi\-discipline teams. * Communication and interpersonal skills. * Technical knowledge of different static equipment \& metallurgy. * Maintenance experience of static \& rotary equipment. * Knowledge of different international code \& standards. (API/ ASME/ TEMA/ OISD/ NACE Etc.) * Able to build relationships with staff and contractors with a focus on collaboration and to manage.
