We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior AI Engineer** to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of innovative AI\-powered solutions tailored for critical workflows and systems. This role focuses on deploying tools such as CodeMie and System Analytic Assistants to improve operational functionality, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance risk management practices. The ideal candidate will bring significant expertise in large language models (LLMs), system integration, and regulatory standards, combined with a passion for advancing AI technologies. *We accept* *CVs in English only.* **Responsibilities** * Develop and deploy tailored Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve existing workflows * Administer user workflows and permissions for AI systems across diverse teams * Design and integrate data sources into CodeMie for efficient data flow and analytics * Create and implement an AI\-driven System Analytic Assistant to boost productivity and streamline operations * Connect the System Analytic Assistant to platforms such as Jira, Confluence, and Polarion to strengthen collaboration and project management workflows * Establish connections between AI systems, repositories like GitHub and Azure DevOps, and Azure subscriptions for optimized data access * Manage indexing workflows for Jira, Confluence, Polarion, and Azure data to enable comprehensive RAG assessments and analytics * Ensure alignment of AI systems with ISO and FDA standards, including ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, and US 21 CFR 820\.30 (b) * Configure AI workflows to meet quality management, risk management, and software lifecycle requirements under regulatory frameworks * Ensure proper configuration and indexing to integrate AI solutions seamlessly with ISO, FDA, and IEC standards **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field * At least 3 years of experience in AI engineering or similar roles * Proven expertise in developing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP) tools * Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure, including subscription services * Hands\-on experience with data integration and APIs, including Jira, Confluence, Polarion, GitHub, and Azure repositories * Strong knowledge of DevOps workflows for managing data processes, indexing, and automation * Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks like OpenAI, LangChain, and Hugging Face * Effective problem\-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross\-functional teams * Knowledge of RAG indexing models and experience integrating analytics into decision\-making frameworks * Understanding of UI/UX principles for developing intuitive and user\-friendly AI interfaces * Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across engineering, compliance, and business teams * Fluency in English, both written and spoken, at a B2\+ level or higher **Nice to have** * Familiarity with ISO, FDA, and IEC standards such as ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and IEC 62304 * Experience creating data compliance processes for managing sensitive information under regulatory guidelines **We offer** * Learning Culture \- We want you to be the best version of yourself, that is why we offer unlimited access to learning platforms, a wide range of internal courses, and all the knowledge you need to grow professionally * Health Coverage \- Health and wellness are important, that is why we have you and up to four family members in a premiere health plan.
