If you are ready to contribute your expertise and grow with us, apply today. *We accept* *CVs in English only.* **Responsibilities** * Investigate and analyze application ecosystem issues * Resolve techno\-functional client queries and tickets * Commit to techno\-functional analysis and support activities * Monitor and troubleshoot MS SQL stored procedures and database issues * Support shift work including evening, night, and weekend releases and patching * Use Jira for tracking and managing incidents and requests * Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams * Follow ITIL processes including incident, problem, and change management * Assist in administration and troubleshooting of Windows Servers, .NET Frameworks, and Java environments * Provide on\-call support as required during weekends **Requirements** * Experience of 3\+ years in application support with a focus on MS SQL stored procedures and troubleshooting * Knowledge of log management and analysis techniques * Experience with tracking tools such as Jira * Strong problem\-solving skills with a customer\-centric approach * Good written and spoken English with upper\-intermediate proficiency * Ability to work in shifts between 7 am and 6 pm Central Time, including weekends if required * Familiarity with documentation and specification practices * Experience with Jenkins and SoapUI or other test automation tools * Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2\+) **Nice to have** * High level understanding of cloud technologies such as PCF and GCP * Knowledge of virtualization and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes * Understanding of CI/CD principles and pipelines * Experience with Confluence for documentation * Familiarity with version control systems such as GitHub and SVN **We offer** * Learning Culture \- We want you to be the best version of yourself, that is why we offer unlimited access to learning platforms, a wide range of internal courses, and all the knowledge you need to grow professionally * Health Coverage \- Health and wellness are important, that is why we have you and up to four family members in a premiere health plan.
