We’re bridging two worlds, moving towards more sustainable energy sources, while helping to provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed now. **Job Summary** As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for conducting end\-to\-end selection processes, from defining the profile with leaders to the offer and onboarding, ensuring a differentiated candidate experience, agility, and quality of hiring. The role requires strong partnership with managers, a sense of urgency, mastery of ATS tools, and a data\-driven and diversity\-oriented approach. **Main responsibilities** * Profile and intake alignment with Hiring Manager: conduct a job calibration meeting, validating essential vs. desirable requirements and selection criteria. * Job posting writing and publication: create a clear and inclusive Job Description, obtain stakeholder approval, and publish on internal channels/ATS (e.g., Taleo/Eightfold). * Multichannel sourcing and pipeline management: search for talent via internal database, referrals, professional networks, and active mapping; keep the funnel updated in the ATS. * Screening and interviews: apply objective criteria, conduct structured interviews and coordinate panels, ensuring standardization and fairness in the process. * Candidate experience: Communicate deadlines, feedback, and next steps transparently, ensuring a positive and inclusive journey. * Partnership with leaders and People: Guide managers on market, seniority, and requirement ranges; align approval, offer, and onboarding stages. * Metrics and reports: Monitor indicators (time to hire, quality of hire, feedback SLA, diversity in the pipeline) and present actionable insights. * Compliance and global standards: Follow the Global TA Procedure, local policies, and best practices of DE\&I at all stages. **Qualifications and Requirements** * Solid experience in end\-to\-end recruitment for corporate/technical positions; previous experience with high volume or specialized profiles. * Tools: experience with ATS (e.g., Taleo/Eightfold), LinkedIn Recruiter, and pipeline reports. * Languages: Advanced/fluent English; Portuguese is a plus for regional work. * Skills: stakeholder relationship management, clear communication, analytical thinking, organization, and prioritization skills. * DE\&I: commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion at all stages of the process. **Moving forward together** We’re committed to building a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong, can bring themselves, and are heard.
