We are expanding our marketing operations and seeking a **strategic, results\-driven Marketing Manager** based in Latin America to lead our digital presence, campaigns, and team operations. Our HubSpot \+ ClickUp systems will be **pre\-built by a systems expert**, allowing you to step into a fully structured environment and focus on growth, strategy, and execution — *not technical setup*. **Role Overview** This is a **strategy and leadership\-focused** marketing role. You will: * Lead multi\-channel marketing strategy * Run campaigns using our pre\-built HubSpot and ClickUp systems * Manage the Social Media Manager \& Marketing Assistant * Oversee vendors (SEO, web development, citations/backlinks) * Use pre\-built dashboards to make data\-driven decisions * Drive review growth, social engagement, GMB optimization, and content quality * Improve brand visibility in Arizona **Key Responsibilities** Strategic Planning \& Leadership * Create and manage 30/60/90\-day marketing plans * Build and run monthly and quarterly campaigns (review growth, awareness, referrals, email marketing) * Strengthen brand messaging and digital presence * Identify new growth opportunities in Arizona markets HubSpot (Operator\-Level Use) You will operate (not build) our HubSpot system: * Launch email campaigns using pre\-built templates * Maintain sequences (update copy, adjust timing) * Monitor contact lists \& segmentation * Track leads and intake activity using dashboards * Run monthly KPI reports * Review automated workflows for accuracy ClickUp (Operator\-Level Use) You will run the marketing department using ClickUp: * Assign tasks to SMM \& Marketing Assistant * Monitor project progress * Maintain marketing calendar * Update SOPs as needed * Ensure all content and campaigns flow through built systems Team Oversight * Manage Social Media Manager * Manage Marketing Assistant * Lead weekly meetings * Review content for legal compliance, professionalism, and tone * Provide feedback and approvals Vendor Oversight * Website redesign developer * SEO agency * Citations/Backlinking * Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time * Maintain communication and accountability Reputation \& Local SEO * Ensure the firm achieves **45\+ reviews/month** across 3 GBPs * Oversee review request campaigns HubSpot → BrightLocal * Monitor BrightLocal dashboards weekly * Optimize GBP posts, categories, Q\&A, and updates **Required Experience** Strategic Skillset * Proven experience **building and executing marketing strategy** * Ability to run end\-to\-end campaigns * Strong analytical and reporting skills * Understanding of funnels, content strategy, and lead generation Technical Comfort (Operator Level) You do NOT need to build systems — but must be comfortable using them daily: HubSpot (required) * Marketing Hub campaign execution * Email marketing * Sequence updates * Lists \& segmentation * Dashboard interpretation ClickUp (required) * Project/task management * Template application * SOP usage * Calendar and workflow monitoring Professional Requirements * 5\-7\+ years in digital marketing * Strong English (written \& verbal) * Experience managing remote teams * Experience working with U.S. clients * Comfortable leading meetings and presenting performance **Compensation \& Benefits** * Performance bonuses available * 100% remote * 3–4 hours overlap with U.S. hours * 10–15 PTO days \+ paid holidays (U.S.) * Annual salary review and growth path * $500–$1,000 annual professional development stipend * Long\-term stable position with path to **Marketing Director** * **Incentives for KPIs reached.** **Include:** * Resume * Short cover letter with 1–2 examples of strategy you developed * Samples of campaigns you led (brief summaries OK) * Your expected monthly salary * Optional: 2\-minute English intro video Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: Remote
