The Sales Representative (CPFR) is responsible for collaborating with supermarket channel clients in Chile, supporting the KAM of Supermarkets and working directly with the KARs responsible for each account. The main responsibility is to ensure proper demand planning, forecast alignment, and fulfillment of service levels (fill rate). Based on the analysis of sales, inventories, and projections, the role suggests strategic purchase orders and contributes to sales growth by ensuring product availability and inventory optimization. RESPONSIBILITIES * Support the KAM of Supermarkets and work in close partnership with KARs to manage account needs. * Develop and maintain the CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) process with supermarket clients. * Analyze sales trends, forecasts, and inventory data to recommend aligned purchase orders. * Prepare and participate in client meetings alongside KARs to review forecasts, adjust inventory, propose purchase orders, and ensure availability targets are met. * Monitor and report account performance in key metrics such as fill rate, sales growth, and inventory coverage, providing actionable insights to KAM/KAR teams. * Provide support to the KAM/KAR team on commercial initiatives and special projects to drive growth in the supermarket channel. QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or related field. * 1\-2 years of experience in sales, demand planning, supply chain, or commercial administration, preferably within the consumer goods or retail industry. ***Job Mission*** Ensure compliance with quality and safety parameters across all plant areas, guaranteeing adherence to the critical control points of the implemented HACCP system. ***Main Responsibilities:*** Perform daily finished product evaluations. Inspect raw materials after each ship or container unloading. Maintain microbiological control of all manufactured parts. Conduct microbiological analyses of loin samples during each production shift. Perform histamine, mercury, chlorides, and NBVT analyses on raw materials and in-process products. Release products in SAP. Record non-conformities arising from process or product deviations. Monitor and control special productions (Kosher, Halal, USA, others). Collaborate in testing various auxiliary raw materials (lids, cans, glass, bags, etc.). Material and raw material approvals. ***Profile:*** Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related degrees, or relevant experience for the position. Experience: 1 year of experience in similar positions within the food industry (preferred). Specific knowledge: HACCP regulations, BRC, IFS, FDA, European standards, KOSHER, HALAL. Other: Intermediate English level.
