Operate kitchen equipment, following the manufacturer's instructions and respecting established parameters. Verify and oversee the storage of supplies and cooked food, in accordance with established procedures. Request necessary supplies or raw materials from the kitchen coordinator to carry out assigned tasks. Prepare food considering customer needs while complying with requirements, hygiene work procedures, and safe work practices.
