Functions: * Carry out assigned production tasks according to production orders. * Perform cleaning, sanitization, and disinfection of equipment, tables, and utensils before, during, and after shifts as specified by the quality manager. * Ensure proper care and maintenance of work equipment and tools. * Accurately complete quality department forms. * Perform mise en place (prepare pans, baking, prepare creams and toppings, organize worktables and raw materials). * Deliver daily production properly labeled and recorded on the production sheet. * Comply with all tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor, provided they are legal activities aligned with the company's objectives. * Verify raw materials before starting the shift. Schedule: 6 AM - 3 PM, Sunday to Friday Days off: Saturday and Sunday every 15 days Work location: La Estrella Salary: $1,423,500 - $1,500,000 plus statutory benefits. Contract type: Indefinite term.
