Job Opening – Cosmetic Research and Development Department Cosmetic Laboratory – Laboratorio Bluher SAS In our cosmetic laboratory, we are seeking a \-RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR passionate about innovation, science, and creativity, responsible for developing new cosmetic formulations and optimizing existing ones, ensuring efficacy, safety, and regulatory compliance. Main Responsibilities: 1\) Formulate and develop new cosmetic products (hair, facial, and body care). 2\) Perform improvements and optimization of existing formulas. 3\) Develop prototypes and coordinate stability, efficacy, and compatibility tests. 4\) Document development processes and prepare corresponding technical dossiers. 5\) Carry out scale-up activities in collaboration with Technical Management, Quality, and Production departments for the transfer of new formulations. 6\) Stay updated on emerging trends, raw materials, and cosmetic technologies. 7\) Support supplier research and evaluation of raw materials. Requirements: 1\) Professional degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. 2\) Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in cosmetic product formulation. 3\) Knowledge of stability testing, safety assessments, and industrial scale-up processes. 4\) Familiarity with INVIMA regulations, GMP, and cosmetic regulatory requirements. 5\) Creativity, attention to detail, and strong innovation capability.
