We are seeking a professional with strong sociopolitical analysis skills and territorial vision to lead community transformation processes and project management. **Academic Profile** * **Degree in:** Sociology, Political Science, Territorial Planning, or related disciplines in the social and human sciences. * **Desirable:** Solid knowledge of social project formulation and evaluation, as well as dynamics of social economy or territorial development. **Required Experience** * Demonstrable experience in the **coordination of at least five (5\) projects**. * Proven track record leading community processes and fieldwork. * Knowledge and/or experience in **market management** (analysis of social supply/demand, local fairs, or productive integration). * Professional with experience and skills to lead and coordinate community projects.
