Infrastructure Engineer **City:** Medellín, Antioquia **Salary:** To be agreed upon **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract **Work Mode:** On-site Job Description At ADA, we are looking for an **Infrastructure Engineer** to lead the implementation, administration, and maintenance of the technological infrastructure of our Software Factory in Medellín. We seek a professional with experience in managing technological platforms, cybersecurity, networks, Active Directory, and access management—ensuring the availability, stability, and security of the organization’s technological services. Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and implement the technological infrastructure required for the Software Factory’s operations. * Configure and administer servers, networks, workstations, and technological environments. * Administer Active Directory, users, groups, and security policies (GPO). * Manage permissions and access levels to systems, applications, and technological resources. * Implement security controls and ensure compliance with corporate policies. * Administer and monitor corporate antivirus and protection tools. * Configure and administer secure VPN connections and remote access. * Oversee the installation, updating, and operation of security agents. * Track incidents, vulnerabilities, and cybersecurity risks. * Participate in the implementation and maintenance of controls associated with the ISO 27001 standard. * Support security audits, risk management, and business continuity plans. RequirementsAcademic Qualifications * Degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. Experience * Minimum 2 years of experience in roles related to technological infrastructure, platform administration, data centers, service desks, or access management. Technical Knowledge * Active Directory administration. * Management of users, groups, and GPO policies. * Technological infrastructure and server administration. * Networks and telecommunications. * Cybersecurity. * Identity and access management. * VPN and secure remote access. * Corporate antivirus solutions (Kaspersky preferred). * Windows and Linux operating systems. * Risk management and security controls. * Knowledge of ISO 27001 and information security best practices.
