We offer a collaborative environment, indefinite-term contract, performance bonus, gym hours, hybrid work modality, and the opportunity to lead projects that truly generate value. **Responsibilities:** * Manage end-to-end technological, analytical, and innovation initiatives. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (development, data, design, functional). * Lead requirements gathering, documentation, meeting minutes, and functional deliverables. * Present progress and results to clients and executive stakeholders. * Ensure alignment among business objectives, technical scope, and delivery timelines. * Maintain project discipline: schedules, risks, dependencies, and priorities. * Support the implementation of data- and artificial intelligence-based solutions. **Requirements:** **Academic Background** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Administrative Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * A postgraduate degree in Project Management, Analytics, Innovation, or Digital Transformation is desirable. * PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile PM certifications are valued. **Specific Technical Knowledge** * Project management using agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional (PMBOK, Gantt, WBS) methodologies. * Functional knowledge of data: BI (Power BI, Tableau), ETL workflows, and architectural concepts. * General understanding of AI: models, training, RAG, conversational agents, APIs, Twilio, Azure. * Proficiency with collaborative tools and cloud platforms. * Structured documentation: requirements, technical and functional deliverables. **Experience:** * 3–5 years managing technology or innovation projects. * Experience working with multidisciplinary teams. * Experience communicating progress to business units and senior leadership. * Experience managing complex projects with simultaneous deliveries or high demands. **Technical Skills:** \* Scrum / Kanban * PMBOK – WBS – Gantt * Power BI / Tableau * Basic knowledge of ETL – data architecture * Functional understanding of AI (models, agents, APIs) **Application Requirements:** * Education Level: Bachelor’s – Specialization/Master’s (desirable) * Categories: Administration & Office, Software, Analytics, Innovation, Technology * Position: Project Manager / Project Leader * Level: Professional – Senior Analyst * Experience: 3–5 years * Work Modality: Hybrid * Contract Type: Indefinite-term **Apply now and join Lambda Analytics!** Work Location: Hybrid in Medellín, Antioquia
