Job Summary: We are seeking a Domestic and International Procurement Coordinator for a company specializing in hardware and software solutions development, with a focus on supplier negotiation and international trade management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages domestic and international procurement 2. Negotiates with suppliers and customs agents 3. Handles documentation and regulations related to international trade An international company specializing in hardware and software solutions development is looking for a Domestic and International Procurement Coordinator to join its team. Responsibilities: Domestic and International Procurement -Negotiate with domestic and international suppliers. -Identify new suppliers as needed. -Prepare purchase orders and track them through delivery. -Review pricing, lead times, and quality performance of each supplier. -Review and request approval for purchase and logistics service invoices. International Trade -Apply Incoterms according to each transaction. -Negotiate and coordinate with freight forwarders and customs agents. -Track bills of lading (B/L) and/or air waybills (AWB). -Manage documentation required for import and export operations. -Perform import cost settlements. -Possess basic knowledge of tariffs and fixed fees charged by customs. -Understand fundamental international trade regulations (including Mexico, where applicable). -COordinate exports when required (manage VUCE, FedEx website, DHL website, Coordinadora Usas). -Support basic tariff classification for handled products, among other duties.
