




Position Summary: We are seeking a Technician or Technologist to provide field technical support to end customers, performing hardware diagnostics and equipment maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Polite and effective user support A prominent national technology company is currently seeking new talent to strengthen its workforce, focusing on field technical support solutions for end customers, with the following requirements: CERTIFIED/GRADUATED Technician or Technologist (MANDATORY) in systems, equipment maintenance, electronics, or related fields. Minimum TWO YEARS of certified experience providing on-site and remote technical support for computers and peripherals. Experience in preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. Technical support for printers across operating systems and backups; operating system migration; equipment setup and inventory; knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems; network management; diagnosis and resolution of issues on laptops and desktops. Primary responsibilities include field support and hardware diagnostics. Required knowledge includes: Hardware component testing and BIOS reset; connecting devices to the domain and configuring network settings (IP and DNS); accurate case documentation and incident reporting; polite and effective user interaction. Conditions: Work location: MEDELLIN and neighboring municipalities (WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL); 100% on-site work. Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 hours daily), plus availability on Saturdays (not exceeding 44 weekly hours).
