What will you do in this role? · New Client Management: You will guide clients through onboarding, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience. · Training Scheduling: You will coordinate training sessions, organizing dates and content according to each client’s needs. · Process Monitoring: You will track clients’ administrative processes to ensure proper execution. · Guidance and Support: You will provide assistance and guidance to clients in using tools and administrative processes. · Specific Training: You will support client training on specific system functionalities. · Database Management: You will maintain organized and up-to-date client information. What do we expect from you? · Be an active student enrolled in technical, technological, or professional programs in administrative, commercial, or customer service fields. · Possess strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. · Be proactive, responsible, and highly motivated to learn. · Reside in Medellín or its metropolitan area.
