Job Summary: Ofima S.A.S. seeks an ERP Division Manager with strategic vision and leadership skills to lead integral strategy and operations, drive growth, and strengthen client relationships. At Ofima S.A.S., a leader in technology solutions with over 35 years of experience, we are seeking an ERP Division Manager with strategic vision, strong leadership focus, and the ability to lead functional teams in B2B environments. Your mission will be to comprehensively lead the ERP Division and its team, ensuring growth, operational efficiency, and alignment across organizational departments. We invite you to apply and join our team! Responsibilities: Lead the overall strategy and operations of the ERP Division. Lead functional teams to ensure achievement of objectives. Drive business growth in B2B environments. Strengthen relationships with strategic clients and internal departments. Requirements University degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Public Accounting, Financial Engineering, Economics, International Business, or related fields. Completed postgraduate studies or currently in final semesters (Specialization, MBA, or Master’s degree). Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership or coordination roles. Experience leading teams of at least 5 people. Experience in B2B environments. Desirable knowledge of ERP solutions or enterprise software. Must reside in Medellín or nearby municipalities within the metropolitan area. Leadership, decision-making, strategic thinking, organizational, and results-oriented skills. Working Conditions Work Location: Medellín, Antioquia. Work Modality: On-site. Availability for national and international travel. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 5:30 pm. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract. Salary: To be agreed upon based on experience.
