Position Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Safety and Health Intern to support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) in an innovative environment. Currently, we are looking for an Occupational Safety and Health Intern to join our family of xpertlovers. · Requirements: *Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS), in compliance with current regulations. *Conduct periodic safety inspections across various departments and workstations, reporting unsafe acts and conditions and proposing corrective actions. *Monitor the implementation of action plans arising from inspections, audits, incidents, and work-related accidents. *Support OSHMS documentation management, ensuring proper organization, updating, and control of records (e.g., training sessions, PPE distribution, medical examinations, etc.). *Collaborate in investigating work-related incidents and accidents, including information collection and completion of relevant forms. *Contribute to compliance with applicable legal requirements regarding Occupational Safety and Health, supporting the collection of required evidence and documentation. *Participate in health promotion and prevention activities, such as health campaigns, active breaks, and occupational wellness programs. *Provide support for emergency response plan activities and emergency brigades. *Must reside in Medellín. *Must sign a training agreement. *Must be available to start the internship immediately. · If you wish to participate in the selection process, please send your resume to the email address *****.******@xpertgroup.co.-Requirements- Minimum education: University / Technical program years of experience Knowledge: Java, Node.js Keywords: intern, practicante, trainee, intern
