




Job Summary: Specialized technician for support and repair of high-volume multi-brand printers, responsible for efficient diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation We are seeking a specialized technician for support and repair of high-volume multi-brand printers (inkjet, laser, and thermal). The candidate will be responsible for: diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing equipment—including superficial and in-depth repairs requiring internal component replacement—to ensure efficient and timely technical service. Experience must be verifiable. Responsibilities: - Diagnose technical faults in high-volume printers of various technologies (inkjet, laser, thermal). - Perform basic repairs such as cleaning, consumable replacement, and minor adjustments. - Execute in-depth repairs involving disassembly and replacement of internal parts. - Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. - Accurately document procedures performed and replaced parts. - Provide technical advice to customers on proper printer usage and maintenance. - Manage helpdesk tickets Requirements: - Technical education in electronics, systems, or related fields. - Minimum verifiable experience of 2 years in printer repair and technical support. - Solid knowledge of internal components of multi-brand printers such as Ricoh, HP, and Zebra. - Ability to perform rapid and accurate diagnostics. - Competence in identifying and replacing internal parts including fusers, rollers, printheads, power supplies, among others. - Proficiency in using specialized repair tools and equipment. - Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
