Key Responsibilities * Prepare and serve classic drinks and house cocktails following established recipes and standards. * Perform bar mise en place: supplies, liquors, glassware, and necessary utensils. * Ensure proper presentation of drinks and cocktails. * Greet customers courteously and recommend options based on their preferences. * Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout the shift. * Manage basic inventory of liquors and consumables, reporting shortages. * Comply with hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations. * Support special events or activities as required by operations. Requirements * Prior experience as a bartender (minimum 6 months). * Knowledge of classic and modern mixology. * Proficiency in mixing techniques, measuring, and garnishing. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and on rotating shifts. * Responsibility, punctuality, and proactive attitude.
