It impacts the organization by improving cash flow, minimizing delinquency, reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and limiting exposure to bad debt. This position handles customer import billing inquiries and responses. It maintains frequent contact with customers, external agencies, and internal departments regarding matters affecting payments. Knowledge of multiple products, services, or business units is required. **This position is responsible for managing customer accounts receivable portfolios, ensuring timely collections, resolving payment issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make decisions within established guidelines and approval matrices.
