Basic/intermediate knowledge of Excel and ERP/WMS is essential Location: Medellin Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Rotating Day Shift) Responsibilities RECEIVING * Consolidate and send management indicators corresponding to the receiving area of the logistics center, in order to set targets and promote continuous improvement. * Perform system transactions required by both the client and the company, to keep online inventories updated, providing support to operations and effective inventory management of the logistics center. * Control and organize all quality system documents and supporting records of all transactions related to the receiving area operations, ensuring traceability. * Timely report to the immediate supervisor any issues detected in the various processes related to the receiving area, in order to implement necessary corrections and/or corrective/preventive actions, avoiding errors affecting operations and inventory. * Promptly respond to both external and internal customer requests regarding inventory availability, aiming to add value to operations through timely and reliable information. * Verify that the documentation received along with the goods matches the quantities received, ensuring data accuracy and proper inventory maintenance. DISPATCHES * Consolidate and submit management indicators corresponding to the Dispatch area of the logistics center, in order to establish tracking, goals and encourage continuous improvement. * Carry out dispatch arrangements for goods to internal and external customers, contributing to the operation of the logistics center and effective inventory management. * Organize and archive all quality system documents and supporting evidence of all transactions specific to the area's operations, ensuring traceability. * Report promptly to the immediate supervisor any anomalies detected in the various processes related to the area, in order to make necessary corrections and prevent errors affecting operations and inventory. * Respond promptly to customer requirements, both external and internal, regarding dispatch requests and issues with direct deliveries to customers, in order to add value to the operation through timely and reliable information. * Timely send reports required by the distribution department. * Coordinate with the distribution department the dispatch of special requests and third-party pickup requests.
