If you are a committed, responsible individual eager to learn, this opportunity is for you! **Profile We Are Seeking** * Minimum of **3 months** of production experience. * Honest, responsible, and proactive individual. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Strong communication skills, active listening, and a learning mindset. **Main Responsibilities** * Carry out assigned production tasks according to production orders. * Perform cleaning, sanitation, and disinfection of equipment, worktables, and utensils before, during, and after shifts, in accordance with quality department guidelines. * Ensure proper care and use of equipment and work tools. * Accurately complete forms assigned by the quality department. * Perform can sorting, baking, preparation of creams and toppings, as well as organization of worktables and raw materials. * Deliver daily production properly labeled and recorded on the corresponding worksheet. * Verify raw materials prior to starting the shift. * Fulfill any additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to company objectives. **Working Hours** * 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Sunday through Friday. * Rest days: Every other Saturday and Sunday. **Employment Conditions** * **Salary:** $1,500,000 – $1,800,000 + statutory benefits + bonus. * **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract. * **Position Type:** Full-time. * **Work Location:** La Estrella.
