A role with strategic vision and analytical capability. **Job Description** We are looking for a **Financial Controller** with strong analytical skills, technical rigor, and strategic vision to strengthen our internal control system, lead the budgeting process, and guarantee the quality of corporate financial information. **Purpose of the Role** Ensure the integrity, timeliness, and reliability of financial and budgetary information, providing critical analysis to support decision-making by the Finance Directorate and senior management. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead monthly and annual financial closings. * Design, monitor, and analyze the corporate budget. * Ensure accuracy of financial statements and management reports. * Oversee internal control policies and regulatory compliance. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Analyze profitability, costs, variances, and efficiency opportunities. * Forecast cash flow and anticipate liquidity needs. **Requirements** * Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. * Specialization or Master’s degree in Finance preferred. * Advanced proficiency in IFRS. * Minimum 5 years of experience in financial control, FP&A, or advanced accounting roles. * Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or other analytical tools knowledge is desirable. * Experience with financial ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics, Odoo, or similar). **Competencies** Analytical thinking, rigor, performance under pressure, clear communication, ethics, influence capability, and strategic vision. **Location:** Medellín **Some Benefits:** * Hybrid work model. * Additional vacation days. * Days off on special dates. * Excellent working environment. * + Some benefits are subject to terms and conditions.
