Handling sourdough starters and cake decoration A well-known club located on Las Palmas Road is looking for a pastry technician or technologist to strengthen its workforce. Required Profile: Experience in preparing bakery products: cakes, sticks (e.g., biscotti), sweet and savory bakery items, and a variety of breads Proficiency in handling sourdough starters Knowledge of baking, rolling, kneading, assembling, and cake decoration Experience in confectionery and preparation of light batters Ability to accurately weigh ingredients Excellent service attitude, communication skills, creativity, and organizational ability Work Schedule: Rotating shifts (morning and afternoon), Sunday to Sunday, with one compensatory day during the week Employment Conditions: Salary: COP $1,750,000 + biweekly tips (between COP $80,000 and COP $120,000) If you meet the requirements and are interested, please submit your resume with an updated contact number.
