You will work closely with Business Units, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and IT teams to optimize existing technologies and propose improvements to the tool stack when necessary. Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting Own event data within the CRM. Stabilize and maintain the data environment in collaboration with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and the Events team. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to measure key KPIs. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports for Business Units and the Marketing Leadership Team. Maintain database integrity through data hygiene processes, data appending, system audits, and governance policy implementation. Campaign Optimization Monitor and analyze campaign performance related to events. Identify opportunities to improve tracking and reporting. Implement and optimize strategies based on analysis. Be responsible for implementing and overseeing event data within the organization’s Business Intelligence platform. Skills & Qualifications Technical & Analytical Proficiency in data analysis and critical thinking. Experience managing multiple projects with precision and accuracy. Conceptual and practical knowledge of SQL databases and query languages. Data visualization skills. Experience with statistical modeling. Prior experience using Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools. Experience working with marketing data: advertising, web analytics, and email data. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com and its reporting capabilities. Professional Experience Proven experience in marketing, product management, or data analytics. Experience analyzing large volumes of data in global organizations. Experience in digital revenue attribution and customer segmentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
