




Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Kitchen Assistants skilled in preparing food items, operating equipment and serving customers, and applying food hygiene and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of cycle-based food items. 2. Operation of equipment and customer service. 3. Compliance with food handling regulations. An industrial food company is recruiting Kitchen Assistants with a minimum of 1 year of experience for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) to perform the following duties: · - Preparation of cycle-based food items. - Reporting hazards related to equipment and facilities. - Use of personal protective equipment. - Completion of forms. - Data collection. - Implementation of corrective actions in case of deviation from limits. - Classification of solid waste. - Compliance with food handling regulations. - Operation of equipment. - Customer service. - Preparation and handling of disinfectant solutions. - Food sampling. - Performing preliminary tasks for food preparation in accordance with the standard menu and quality parameters established by the organization to ensure user and customer satisfaction. · Salary: 1750.905 + Transportation allowance + Meal allowance Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, with one compensatory day per week, covering all three rotating shifts: MORNING, AFTERNOON, AND NIGHT. -Requirements- Minimum education: High school diploma / Secondary education 1 year of experience Languages: Spanish Knowledge: Food preparation Keywords: helper, assistant, assistant, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide, culinary, culinary, cook, kitchen
