Your primary mission will be to supervise the preparation, cutting, and assembly of our fruit salads and accompanying items, ensuring flawless presentation, maximum freshness in every dish, effective inventory control, and an efficient, collaborative workplace atmosphere. * **Personnel Management and Supervision:** Coordinate the kitchen team by assigning daily tasks, monitoring adherence to schedules, staff personal appearance, and ensuring an agile and harmonious workflow. * **Mise en Place and Quality Control:** Supervise and support washing, disinfection, peeling, and precise cutting of fresh fruits, ensuring team members meet required size and aesthetic standards. * **Hygiene Audits and GMP Compliance:** Guarantee strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (**GMP**). Supervise and execute deep-cleaning schedules for workstations, utensils, and refrigeration equipment. * **Experience:** Minimum **1 year** of verifiable experience in kitchen leadership or coordination roles. * **Salary:** $2\.000\.000 \+ Statutory Benefits \+ Corresponding Overtime Pay. * **Schedule:** Rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday (with one compensatory rest day per week). * **Contract:** Full legal protections, job stability, and an excellent working environment.
