We have highly qualified professionals with the experience and empathy necessary to kindly and effectively support individual and group processes. * **FUNCTIONS:** * Develop and verify compliance with protocols, ensuring adherence to quality standards required by accredited entities. * Ensure that nursing staff follow safe and ethical practices. * Identify risks in nursing care and promote a culture of reporting adverse events or incidents. * Participate in patient safety or risk management committees. * Coordinate and prepare the nursing department for audits or certification/accreditation processes related to quality. * Prepare compliance reports, improvement plans, and follow-up documentation. * Plan and coordinate training sessions related to quality, patient safety, humanization of care, etc. * Ensure that the nursing team stays updated on best clinical practices. * Other duties related to the position. * **REQUIREMENTS** * 1\. Copy of Resolution issued by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection and/or corresponding Regional Health Department or registration in RETHUS * 2\. Civil Liability Insurance Policy * 3\. Advanced Life Support course for medical and nursing professionals * 4\. Course on Comprehensive Health Care for Victims of Sexual Violence * 5\. Training in care and treatment of psychoactive substance users and mental health * 6\. Copy of Professional License, Card, or Registration according to the position * 7\.
