Our company is looking for bilingual lawyers with excellent English proficiency to join our team and work directly with law firms abroad, supporting real cases and developing global expertise from Medellín. What will you do in this role? • You will be a key part of the legal support team for international clients, performing tasks such as: • Drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents. • Preparing applications, forms, and legal files. • Researching applicable regulations, case law, and legal doctrine. • Drafting reports, summaries, and legal communications in English. • Managing and controlling physical and digital files. • Coordinating appointments, communications, and follow-ups with clients under the supervision of senior lawyers. • Ensuring quality and compliance with each client’s international standards. What we look for in you: • Advanced English (B2 or higher). • Excellent writing and communication skills in both English and Spanish. • Rigorous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and strict adherence to deadlines. • Ability to work collaboratively within globally aligned teams. • Prior experience in legal functions (desirable but not mandatory). • Residency in Medellín or nearby municipalities.
