Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and responsible Kitchen Assistant, passionate about food preparation, to support kitchen processes, production, and organization while ensuring quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in food preparation and portioning. 2. Keep the work area clean and organized. 3. Collaborate with the kitchen and bakery teams. The selected candidate will support kitchen processes, production, and organization, ensuring product quality and presentation. Main Responsibilities: • Assist in food preparation and portioning. • Maintain the work area clean, organized, and equipped with necessary tools. • Comply with food hygiene and handling protocols. • Support daily production and collaborate with the kitchen and bakery teams. • Verify basic inventory levels and report supply needs. • Meet the company's established quality standards. Requirements: • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of kitchen experience. • Valid food handling certification. • Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). • Ability to work under pressure, with agility and as part of a team.
