Cleaning, disinfection, and organization of work areas A gastronomy company requires Kitchen Assistants with disabilities—dynamic and committed individuals responsible for supporting food preparation and maintaining quality, hygiene, and service standards at sales points. Responsibilities: 1. Perform mise en place and support food preparation in cold and hot kitchens (griddle, grill, and oven). 2. Carry out cleaning, disinfection, and organization of work areas, utensils, and equipment. 3. Monitor inventories, stock rotation, labeling, and proper storage of raw materials. 4. Receive supplies, wash dishes and utensils, and assist in operational tasks assigned by the supervisor. Salary: 1 SMMLV ($1.750.905) + transportation allowance + social benefits + overtime and surcharges + tips (not applicable during the first 15 days). Education: Not required Experience: Not required. Contract type and duration: Indefinite-term contract. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday. Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday (44 hours per week), including openings, mid-shifts, and closings. Fixed and split shifts (1 to 4 hours, several times per week).
