Job Summary: We are seeking a committed Logistics Assistant with physical stamina to work in production and material handling, supporting various operational functions. Key Highlights: 1. Multidisciplinary support in maintenance and other areas We require a Logistics Assistant for our team. We seek personnel with high physical stamina, commitment, and ability to work in production and material handling environments. Responsibilities: Perform segregation, classification, preparation, and separation of materials Start up and shut down equipment Feed conveyor belts with materials suitable for the process Prepare materials for dispatch to coordinators Clean equipment Compact shredded materials Operate forklifts and/or miniloaders (only if trained and competent to do so) Support maintenance and other departments in general activities Carry out housekeeping and cleaning tasks Use and properly maintain provided personal protective equipment (PPE); report when replacement is needed or additional PPE is required. Report any incidents occurring during work Actively participate in trainings, emergency brigades, and company-organized development events Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor and/or company executives Experience: At least 6 months performing equipment cleaning, material preparation, and warehouse organization Salary: COP $1.750.905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory benefits + Overtime premiums Work schedule: Two shift types: rotating 8-hour shifts from Sunday to Sunday with one day off per week (6 a.m. to 2 p.m., 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.) . -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree / Technical program Less than 1 year of experience Keywords: helper, assistant, logistics assistant, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide
