Job Summary: A leading environmental services and logistics company is seeking Logistics Assistants with strong physical stamina, commitment, and the ability to work in production environments and handle materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform material segregation, classification, and preparation. 2. Support maintenance activities and other departments. 3. Actively participate in training and development programs. A leading environmental services and logistics company requires Logistics Assistants for its workforce. We seek individuals with strong physical stamina, commitment, and the ability to work in production environments and handle materials. Responsibilities: Perform material segregation, classification, preparation, and separation Start up and shut down equipment Feed conveyor belts with materials suitable for the process Prepare materials for dispatch to managers Clean equipment Compact shredded materials Operate forklifts and/or mini-loaders (only if trained and competent to do so) Support maintenance and other departments in general activities Carry out housekeeping and cleaning tasks Use and properly maintain provided personal protective equipment (PPE); report when replacement is needed or additional PPE is required. Report any incidents occurring during work Actively participate in company-organized trainings, emergency response teams, and development events Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor and/or company executives Experience: At least 6 months of experience in equipment cleaning, material preparation, and warehouse organization Salary: COP $1,905,000 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory benefits + Overtime premiums Work Schedule: Two shift types — rotating 8-hour shifts from Sunday to Sunday with one day off per week (6 a.m. to 2 p.m., 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.) -Requirements- Minimum Education: University degree / Technical program Less than 1 year of experience Keywords: helper, assistant, assistant, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide
