Job Description The Inside Sales Agent will be responsible for generating, managing, closing, and following up on business relationships with assigned clients through non-face-to-face channels (primarily cold calls). The primary objective is to ensure revenue generation, foster account growth, and actively contribute to the company’s sales strategies. Responsibilities Prospect and acquire new advertisers (calls, emails, video calls). Generate sales opportunities and build a corporate client portfolio. Identify client needs and apply consultative selling techniques. Manage and grow existing accounts with a high level of service. Develop customized proposals and effective campaigns. Record activities in CRM (Wavstar) and Norsan Cloud. Prepare reports, forecasts, and pipeline tracking. Collaborate with internal sales, traffic, and production teams. Carry out administrative processes, billing, and discrepancy resolution. Requirements ✅ 1 year of sales experience (preferably in intangible products). ✅ Experience in radio, digital media, or events (desirable). ✅ Proficiency in office tools and CRM systems. ✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ✅ High sense of responsibility and professional ethics. ✅ Proactive profile, focused on cold calling and prospecting.
