Your Purpose: As a Logistics Operations Coordinator, your mission will be to lead the assigned distribution center operations, ensuring process standardization, fulfillment of the “complete and on-time order” service promise, and control of the logistics cost budget. Your Key Challenges: Guarantee inventory custody and reliability, ensuring its management in accordance with internal policies. Efficiently forecast and manage the operational workload across Inventory, Order Picking & Packaging, and Distribution processes. Lead dispatch and invoicing processes, ensuring the suitability and security of each operation. Manage last-mile transportation providers and rigorously track customer deliveries. Ensure compliance with BASC and OEA standards across all distribution center processes. Implement continuous improvement and innovation initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and costs. Submit monthly transportation provisioning reports accurately and promptly. Join this challenge if: You hold a professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Productivity and Quality, Business Administration, or related fields. You have at least 3 years of experience leading logistics processes in distribution centers. You possess knowledge of CEDI operations: inventory, order picking and packaging, loading, unloading, and distribution. You are proficient in logistics ERP and/or WMS systems, and have intermediate-level Excel skills. You have experience managing work teams and operational KPIs (On-Time In-Full, inventory reliability, logistics cost).
