We are currently seeking our next Returns Leader — a professional with operational vision, leadership skills, and a focus on logistical efficiency to strengthen our reverse logistics process. Your Purpose Participate in and integrate the reverse logistics value chain, ensuring service-level agreement compliance, proper inventory management, and continuous operational improvement — guaranteeing efficient processes aligned with the company's quality standards. Your key challenges will be: Lead and coordinate operational activities within the returns process. Ensure adherence to customer service timelines and commitments. Coordinate and support the operational team in this area. Join this challenge if you: Hold a technical degree in Logistics, Administration, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Have at least 2 years of experience in reverse logistics and quality processes. Possess knowledge of ERP, WMS, BPM systems, and intermediate proficiency in Office applications.
