You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of one of our stores, ensuring its optimal commercial and operational performance. You will lead the team in meeting sales KPIs, delivering excellence in customer service, and executing inventory management flawlessly. What are we looking for in you? Technical or university student in administrative, commercial, marketing, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles such as point-of-sale administrator, store coordinator, or positions related to customer service, sales, and inventory management. Excellent attention to detail and ability to anticipate customer needs. Basic proficiency in technological tools, POS systems, and cash handling procedures. Strong willingness to take on commercial challenges and participate in strategic initiatives and brand events. Availability to work rotating shifts and perform operational duties. What will you do on a daily basis? Lead daily store operations: opening, closing, organization, cleaning, and inventory. Coordinate the team to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Perform billing, cash reconciliation, and physical inventory control. Ensure compliance with product displays, window presentations, and visual merchandising guidelines. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for efficient product dispatch.
