Your responsibilities will include: Defining and implementing best practices in work methods, material handling, and plant layout. Establishing and monitoring management indicators to measure process efficiency and quality. Leading continuous improvement and technological renewal projects in production plants. Coordinating the determination of standard times and optimization of labor and machinery. Supporting and training plant teams in applying LEAN tools. Ensuring achievement of Operational Excellence System objectives. Serving as the technical reference in process engineering and continuous improvement for the organization. What we seek in you: Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Production, Productivity and Quality, or related fields. Proven experience of 2–5 years in the same role. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and its tools (5S, Kaizen, SMED, VSM). Strong knowledge of material handling and layout, methods and time studies, process standardization, and continuous improvement. Advanced Excel skills.
