Your mission will be to ensure the achievement of established targets in corporate client service at the call center, thereby generating profitability and growth for the organization’s business unit. Candidate Profile: Residence in Medellín or surrounding areas. Bachelor’s degree in administrative fields or related disciplines. Minimum 2 years of experience leading call center service processes and teams. Intermediate proficiency in Excel and office productivity tools. Soft skills including analytical ability, planning and monitoring, innovation, customer service, and personnel management. What We Offer: Direct employment contract with Domina—no intermediaries. Salary: To be agreed upon. Flexible working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., rotating shifts; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. No night or early-morning shifts.
