Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Provide support and training to sales team members. Requirements Prior experience in sales and team leadership. Knowledge of local market dynamics. Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions. Demonstrable communication and leadership skills. Technical degree in Administrative, Economic and Financial Sciences, Commerce, or related fields. Own motorcycle with valid registration and up-to-date documentation.
