Inspirational leadership and talent appreciation At Karibik, we seek a cutting production expert for our supply team, who will be responsible for receiving, storing, selecting, organizing, preparing, cutting, and performing the ticketing process for cut pieces and/or fabric spreading, according to technical specification sheets and production orders, to meet quality guidelines. Additionally, they must ensure efficient use of tools and guarantee continuity of the production process. Our experts are masters of their craft—dedicated, meticulous, and passionate; they continually seek better ways to innovate their processes and generously share the experience they have acquired over time. We aim to welcome a person who believes in equity, diversity, and inclusion; holds a completed high school diploma or technical training in pattern making and cutting, garment construction, or related fields; and has a minimum of 3 years of experience in the ticketing process.
