We are seeking a **Database Administrator (DBA)** for our team, responsible for the design, implementation, administration, monitoring, backup, recovery, and optimization of corporate databases, ensuring their high availability, integrity, security, and performance. This role will manage Oracle environments (12c through 21c), including RAC, ASM, Data Guard, performance tuning, automation, and execution of backup and recovery strategies using RMAN. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate closely with infrastructure, security, development, and application teams, participating in technology modernization projects; documenting configurations; analyzing critical incidents; implementing security best practices (TDE, auditing, VPD); and applying technical guidelines aligned with industry standards and frameworks. Requirements: * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields. * 2–3 years of experience administering Oracle databases in production and mission-critical environments. * Experience in backup, recovery, and performance tuning. **Basic knowledge** * Fundamentals of relational database administration (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL). * Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL. * Fundamentals of backup and recovery. * General understanding of client–server architecture. * Basic use of monitoring tools and query utilities. * Familiarity with the project.
