Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced sublimation operator to perform production tasks, quality inspection, and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures the quality of sublimated materials and prepares the calender. A textile company located in Sabaneta is looking to hire a sublimation operator with a minimum of six months’ experience operating sublimation machines to join its team. 1\. Load and unload parts, whether using continuous or piece-by-piece sublimation. 2\. Assemble and disassemble paper and fabric. 3\. Inspect the quality of sublimated materials. 4\. Package finished products. 5\. Cut raw materials, ensuring proper material replenishment. 6\. Count sublimated units. 7\. Prepare necessary supplies for efficient production. 8\. Label sublimated fabric rolls. 9\. Prepare the calender for each production run; perform design color setup and testing according to the production sheet. 10\. Verify tone and design against the production sheet and approved sample. 11\. Confirm that the first sublimated garment matches the customer-approved sample and meets all quality parameters. 12\. Complete production and efficiency sheets with actual process data. 13\. Perform daily, weekly, and biweekly maintenance as per training received and user manuals. 14\. Maintain a record of sublimated garments. 15\. \-Prepare necessary supplies for the process. 16\. Ensure sublimated fabric quality, including proper elongation.
